Hello all.
Tonight i've tried to install Arch Linux ARM to my POGO-B04.
I've followed the instructions in 'Install on Pogoplug Pro' (since the B04 is mentioned there).
As far as i can tell everything went fine. No differing output in comparance with the output as stated in the how to.
(Got the 'looks good!' output aswell).
Rebooted the POGO but it won't get back up.
Logo on the front flashes few times (short). (But i think the device isn't booting. USB key's led indicator doesn't blink. Apparently nothing is read from the key).
I'am using a USB key formatted as ext2. Inserted it in the bottom most USB slot (nearest to ethernet port).
Tried several things like:
- Putting PlugApps-Linux-2011.04-oxnas-rootfs.tar on another USB key formatted with ext2 and ext3. (Tried
PlugApps-Linux-2011.02-rootfs.tar.gz aswell).
- Tried different slots etc.
No luck yet.
Maybe i should try a USB harddrive instead of a USB key?
What could i try else?
Should i consider my Pogo a dead brick? (Hopefully not
)
