Old Python packages

Hello,

while deploying a python flask app on my RPI4 I noticed that many python packages are lagging behind the arch repos.

As an example python-flask-sqlalchemy which newest version is 3.1.2 is on 3.0.5 at the arch repo where it is only at 2.5.1 despite that version being from 2021. This is even though the package was only updated a couple of weeks ago.

Do any of you have an idea why this is?
